'Dave' reception in Eldwick (Bingley) area on a lunch time.

Every day I bob home for some lunch and try to watch Top Gear on Dave. It's totally unwatchable. The picture is totally pixelated and the sound is equally broken up. It's usually okay on an evening. Does anyone else in the same area have a problem with it? Does anyone know what the solution is? It only seems to be on a lunch time and only on Dave. The other channels are fine, but I don't much fancy Loose Women, Jeremy Kyle or shopping channels! I've re-tuned my TV, to no avail.
