Does anyone have any reccomendations/mates that do this

Potentially needing a one-way transport for a large-ish car, Huddersfield to Kippax.

I know its not far but try Shiply, might get it done for £20? If not I could try a mate who lives in Hudds.

Non-taxed/tested project car its running though. Bit far to, ahem, wing it.
I only want it for the engine.

Is it not booked in for an MOT? You can drive it to the mot station with tax.

I used a chap called Ben on http://www.transrec.co.uk/ before, found him on Anyvan. He's actually not the closest to me but was by far the cheapest quote I got. Came on time and loaded up in no time at all and was relatively easy! I will be using him in future.

(In no way affiliated by the way, just my experience)

I know a lad with a flatbed who will be able to help - but he's in Harrogate so unlikely to be too cheap.

PM me if you want his details anyway Simon.

Thanks Simon, think I'm sorted now. Its cheaper than I thought (no idea why I thought it would be fortunes) which is making me all giddy... hehe

I'm pretty sure he meant without tax. If it's booked in for an MOT it's fine to drive without tax.
