I'm guessing you will want a clear finish and not to paint? Looks like a nightmare of a bonnet to make with the two ridges and all those vents!
I'm looking around for composite companies too at the moment, nothing like that, just some fibreglassing so if I come across anyone I'll let you know.

Give these boys a call. They really know their onions according to my brother-in-law. He knows them from his racing days. They've been in the business since the beginning.

ETA Oops, just saw the West Yorkshire requirement. Sorry, these boys are North Yorkshire. I won't delete the post in case you struggle for a local supplier.

I'm Wakefield based I deal with a lot of fiberglass and CF stuff. I could get a mold done and products done but the setup costs would be a lot more than £1000 for a top class product.
You'd probably need to look at about £500 to refinish the OEM bonnet to a standard good enough to mold from then about £1200-£1500 for a molds (inner and outer) making. The mold might be good for 10 products (a full indestructible carbon mold of that size could cost £5000+) Each product would still be considerably cheaper than Aston I would guess about £2000 for a product.
