Best pub in Ripon for Sunday lunch?

As the title really, does anybody have any recommendations for a great Sunday lunch, must be child friendly too.

This is close to Ripon, and does a cracking traditional sunday lunch /specials board - the the range of beers is rather good as well .
We go alot, although it is not near where we live - but worth the journey.
Road from ripon to masham is v scenic.

The Royal Oak in Ripon does a very nice and reasonably priced Sunday lunch. Often see family groups in there, the layout is nice and user friendly. I usually book but I seem to remember they serve food all afternoon so it's also possible to take a chance and turn up without booking. Just checked and yes they serve food from 12 noon until 8pm on a Sunday.

The Old Deanery - posh surroundings, decent price and excellent food.

I have eaten there many many times and it never fails to please, all locally sourced food and generally good sized portions

The Royal Oak Staveley is just down the road. Awesome food and really pleasant surroundings.
