Small unit/garage rental

Evening, I'm quickly running out of space at home, and I have a project car that is hopefully going to undergo a full restoration (probably very slowly) just wondering if anybody knows of any small units available in the Leeds/Bradford area. I don't want anything too big or too expensive. I've tried a few letting websites but they seem to be big industrial units that are more suited to small businesses.

I don't really want to pay more than £200 PCM.

I wouldnt mind something similar in Leeds or wakey. Could go halves on something in Leeds!
