Surveyor Wanted

Hi, a mate of mine is looking for a surveyor to perform a structural survey on a house he is considering buying in Sheffield. As he, like me, is a soft Southern shandy drinker, some local knowledge would be appreciated. So, anyone on here in this line of business or anyone used someone who they would be prepared to recommend?

Hi, Im a Chartered valuation surveyor from Sheffield, although I cant do structural surveys I would recommend Tom Henry & Associates in Barnsley (Well priced and experienced) or Eastwood and Partners Consulting Engineers in Sheffield (Might be a bit more pricey but are good).
