Off road experience Yorkshire

Can anyone recommend an off road experience place in Yorkshire?

I know there are plenty of 'experience days' companies offering packages but I would prefer to just book direct.

Do you have a vehicle or would you want to use theirs? I only ask because I've done the tuition course here http://www.nyoffroad.co.uk/ and it was great, but I'm not sure they run their own car anymore (was a defender)

I second this. I did a half day 'experience' with them and enjoyed it so much I went on to do the full day and then all the official Land Rover qualifications there. Great guys and a lovely place to be.

I am sure there's more to it but we took Partner and Transit vans up their 'challenging' off-road hills when we worked on the pump house at the top of the hill. Didn't realise there was a tarmacced slope until the way down

I know the family personally at parkwood, infact I grew up using that facility to razz around in bangers and on crossers, its very good! I'm pretty sure if you call Rebecca and ask about a private off roading session they will be able to arrange something.
