Does Summerbridge have a parish council?

Just in case there's anyone on here who lives thereabouts - trying to get hold of the parish council responsible for Summerbridge and coming up blank. Are they under one of the other villages?

If you ask Harrogate Borough Council they will tell you. Parishes have very few responsibilities- what do you need them for if you don't mind my asking?
