Car Audio + Window Tinting Recommendations?
Discussion
Any recommendations for a decent car audio installer/shop in Leeds? The speakers in my Saab 9-3 are abysmal but apparently its a pain in the backside to upgrade so I'd rather leave it to someone who knows what they are doing.
Also any recommendations for a window tinting place in Leeds? A mate is looking to get the rear quarter windows in his old Defender blacked out so you can't see into the boot. Cheers

I've used a couple of places in the area for window tints, there are lots about though so better options might exist.
My preference is http://www.cappuccinotints.co.uk - they did a great job on my Supra many years ago.

Mention Marc and Pistonheads and I'm sure they'll look after you.

Thanks for the replies, will pass both links on to my mate.
Just need to find an audio place now to get some door speakers and an amp fitted.
I've only used http://www.pro-acoustics.co.uk but they did a great job of a full install on my car, all speakers replaced, all new wiring, new head unit, dynamat, amps, sub etc etc - a really tidy job at a decent price.Just need to find an audio place now to get some door speakers and an amp fitted.
This was years ago though, things may have changed since then.

Cheers, I'll give them a call after pay day. The Saab stock system seems to be stupidly complicated. Thanks to the fibre optic cabling and the strange set up I will have to keep the horrible looking stock stereo but need someone to wire in an amp, some front door speakers and then wire the amp up to the 6 speakers in the car. This was years ago though, things may have changed since then.

I did try and get hold of the Pro Acoustics people after I asked a similar question a while ago. I couldn't get any response either on email or phone. Please let me know if you manage to get hold of them as I still want to upgrade my speakers/stereo too.
I'll be trying to get hold of them after pay day so I'll keep you updated. Your boss has just gone and locked me in, need to try and figure out another way out of the office. This should be fun!Heads up, some a
hole has smashed a few beer bottles in the car parking spaces behind the billboards. Seems to have happened a few hours after I parked up. Spent a while kicking as much of the glass out of the way as I could but I'd advise being careful tomorrow unless you park elsewhere.
