The unit next to me has become vacant, It's £150 per month inc VAT, buildings insurance and electric, probably negotiable.
It's dry, secure, (roller shutter) lit and with plug sockets. Very high roof.
4.2 wide x 5.2 long so you could get a car in and work around it pretty easily - I think at that you'd get the doors open fully.
Obviously I'm interested in a decent neighbour rather than some Crim or whatever the Landlord may let in. PM me if interested and I'll pass his number on.
Please don't clog the thread up with 'Ooh I wish, but....', 'Where is it?' 'How much is it?' etc.
