We were supposed to be taking a brace of MR2 s but ended up in a single Scrote as Jim couldn't fit in the Toyota.

This is the last stint of the day and we were playing sideways roulette. That's to see how many laps you can do exuberantly before the naughty boy flag comes out.

cadwell

We were on knobblies by the way if you're struggling to get to grips with the amount of understeer we were wrestling with.

I'll be doing a few track days at Cadwell this year as it's been far too long since my last one there.

Blyton Park in Lincs do some no noise limit "test" days

Rich is right (he's not often wrong) wink. Russell Thompson at Blyton Park is a very sound chap and extremely helpful and accommodating. I will be testing the Tuscan Challenge car limits (and my own) there this year, where I can comfortably fall off the track and not hit anything! The track is not as challenging as say Oulton or Cadwell, but it's brand new tarmac with loads of run off (most of it in a potato or corn field) and I can't think of a better place to really get to know your car without the fear of mashing it or yourself.

I'd prefer Cadwell over Blyton but happy to go with the flow, might even sign up for the one on the 1st Aug, scratchchin

I'll be at Blyton on the 21/22 Feb helping out with Clitheroe and Dist MC's Jack Neal Stages if anyone fancies watching.
