Family restaurant in York

Any suggestions for somewhere to dine tomorrow lunch with the kids?

If we were in London we'd be going for a Giraffe or Carluccios type of place so anything like that is up our rue.

Foodwise pretty open but not Indian, Chinese or pub-grub stuff.

Piccalino on Bridge Street, great food and the staff are brilliant. We've been going as a family for years.

Caesar's in Goodramgate is good if you like Italian.

Very casual and friendly service.

Lucia in Swinegate is very good but you might struggle to get a table.

All bar One just off Coney street is good for lunch with kids and most importantly for York you can get a table.
