Quite an obscure one ay biggrin

It's for a desk worktop (28mm thick chipboard), I'm fitting one of those cable grommets for the wires to drop through, I've got the plastic grommet thing only to find the selection of hole saws I have doesn't fit. Sods law dictates I have sizes either side of 80mm but none of which would fit mad

So does anyone have one I could borrow briefly? I'm reluctant to buy one just for that one bloody hole

I'm in Ossett, Wakefield WF5

Let me know

Cheers
Phil

Yeah your probably right about the fuel, but as it happens I will be passing Wetherby for the next 2 weekends..

You sure it's an 80mm too? As I say I have one either side of 80mm myself..

The worktop top is already fitted btw

ah - have 76mm and 83mm. Have you got a jigsaw ? masking tape and a down cutting blade would do it,if you have a steady hand.

I'd seen them at £16 - £13 is obv better smile The part I'm fitting was only £2 lol!

I may try the jigsaw route actually, probably the easiest option available at the moment. But you never know, I've bought car parts before and it turned out the guy selling them lived on the next street! So there's a chance someone local might pop up with the holesaw yet smile

Be sure that's the size you want, I bought some of them things and a 80mm holesaw, dropped them in and they were rather slack.

Just measured them and they are bang on 80. But I guess if your holesaw oscillates a little while cutting.. as they do.
