A great weekend coming up at Harewood - Saturday is a regular Harewood day with all the usual classes of saloon and racing cars including me trying not to be too slow in my Fiat Coupe. Sunday is Classic and Vintage day with all cars pre 1972 but some much older ranging in size from vintage Bentleys to Austin 7s

Full details and entry lists are here - http://www.harewoodhill.com/events/

Hi
Have an entry again but not sure as yet if I am going to make it, sorted the problem I had last time, at the mechanical one, maybe still need to work on the over enthusiastic driving style...
If I get there, I can at least manage third in class, there ore only 3 entries.

As my class is lacking a couple of the regular Evo entries there is a chance I could be fourth.

Our odds are even better as only me and the old man in 5a this Sat. That said there's a chance neither of us will finish the run looking at the bloody forecast!

Weather for Sunday looks reasonable, Saturday not so good unless you like thunderstorms!

Bit wet today but the forecast for tomorrow is much better so should be a great day. I'm going to head up and watch after enjoying the competition today - third in class is a personal best for me.

Congrats Andy - good result
Have to say I was third in class also. But there were only 4 in the class and the Midget dropped out after practice due to the conditions.

4th timed run didn't go to plan......
It was going to be a "balls out" effort to find 2.5 seconds
Instead it was a balls up at Chippys.

IF ANYONE FROM BARC YORKS CENTRE READS THIS CAN I PASS ON A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE MARSHALLS, MUST HAVE BEEN A PRETTY TERRIBLE DAY FOR YOU ALL.

Entrance is on the A659, Harewood Road. Look for the signs.

Thanks Tony - really pleased with my pace today, whilst the times were very slow staying ahead of a few 4wd cars in today's conditions was pretty good - fortunately I just about managed to stay on the black stuff.

A few thanks for the marshals have been given on the Harewood Facebook page.

Easy to get to and there are Yellow direction signs to the venue - here is the Google maps link https://www.google.com/maps/place/A659/@53.9009676...
