Any Yorkshire PHers doing Le Mans this year? If so, how, when, where etc.

We're setting off Wednesday evening for an early morning Chunnel on Thursday. Overnight at Ashford and stopping at White Rabbit when we get there.

Anyone doing similar?

Leaving Tuesday am, picking my old man up in Gosport and then on the 23:00 crossing to Dieppe.

Heading down to meet the clan in Brum then orf via Caen for an easy run to Bleu Nord, keep an eye open for the two Yorkshire pub tents and say Hi

Leaving on early morning Tues chunnel, overnight Rouen, arrive Tetre Rouge Wed lunchtime.

Depart Mon am, late night chunnel booked for leisurely drive back & last dinner in France at City Europe.

Leaving on Monday morning for the usual huddersfield motorclub trip staying over in sussex monday night then early ferry newhaven-dieppe on tuesday to our pitch in maison blanche.

We're hoping to set off about 5:30 from South Kirkby and are on the 07:50 Chunnel. The rest will fall in to place on the way.

I think I'm on the 0350 tunnel. Steady drive down and a beer in Arnage while I wait for the others.

Just some notes as I am down in La Rochelle having driven down yesterday (though not for Le Mans)

• The new M25 speed gantry things were very sensitive, was like a strobe light show

• Rouen has a lot of roadworks on the outside routes, sat nav pushed me through the centre which was manageable at 11am but will be bloody awful early on or late afternoon

• French roads are lovely, I did Calais to La Rochelle in about 6:45 without breaking the limit once and only coming off cruise control a few times.

Anyone else doing the overnighter? we will be meeting at Ferrybridge at 14.30.

Will say hello! Also on the Wednesday Hull ferry. 5 guys, 2 cars - E46 M3 and a Z3 2.8 this year. Staying with White Rabbit Racing.

We should be just in front of you on the road in France Moribund. Depends whether you're on the ferry with the bad leg or not. They might have cured it by now though I suppose.

Wednesday night Portsmouth to Caen, breakfast in Falaise and then Team Langoustine at Tertre Rouge for us. Back on Sunday night's fast cat from Cherbourg to Portsmouth.
