Recommended garage in york

Hello

Was wondering if any one could recommenced a garage in york to look at a friends 2006 Mini which has developed a gearbox and clutch issue

Ideally close to the city centre and or near, hull road. The car will need recovered there as cant be driven. Want to make sure it goes to a trust worthy garage.

Sadly a bit the other side of the A64, but practically Hull Road: I've always used the BATA Garage at Gate Helmsley and they've always done a good job.

This one for sure, used to work with the workshop manager, Gary is a top man who will get it fixed for you.

Yep, top bloke. Accustumed to me turning up with a random part and a request to fit it to one of my cars.
