Good quality welding repairs - East Yorkshire?

Anyone got any recommendations for a garage / individual that can do some welding repairs to a decent standard?

I'm based near Hull, but East Yorkshire in general would be good.

Its a for a 2008 Impreza hatchback, one sill will need wholesale replacing. (I can supply the factory sill) and the other side will need some small patches doing, but probably not the whole thing.

Lots of garages will do welding, but I'm after someone that will do a nice neat job, rather than just slapping an overlapping patch on in order to get through an MOT.
