Is anyone interested in having a meet one saturday in huddersfield which could include a run out then back to the Globe at lindely for a free buffet and a drink???

If anyone is interested, post on this thread or give me a shout via email and we'll get to work on organising it all

We're looking at something along the lines of late this month with the prime days being saturday 13th/20th/27th

This could be a fairly regular thing if anyone is up for it..could also incorperate some other events too wink

In typical PH fashion hehe

Edited to remove area, and to add that the food at the globe is awesome and that is a completely unbiased opinion biggrin

Depending on dates, I'm in.

If it's going to end up regular can we do it near the end of the month and try and spread it away from all the other meets which seem to happen in the first two weeks of the month.

Hi all, if it ends up being on the 20th, do you fancy making the trip go past brampton church and then towards Badsworth near Pontefract at about 3.30pm. Its just Im getting married that day, and a convoy of cars would look great on the wedding shots!

Howdy Rich wavey

We were planning on avoiding the 7th due to Bolton Abbey as there are a whole host of people going on a big run out prior to the event, plus everyone going up to the event itself

The idea is to hold a meeting much like the PH West Yorks/Chequers North Yorks meet but with maybe a bit of hoonery pinned on for good measure

Jonty99: You may be onto something there, we just need time to see who is available on the said date and see what we can do, but if it would make your day complete then I would love to help (alebit, not in the Battlecruiser rofl)

Who have you got, if anyone, doing the wedding photography? My mate does it along with his friend, and the photos are spectacular wink

Drop me an email if you like mate

Definately up for this Scott. Weekends are a bit awkward for me usually as I work two out of every four, but seeing as it's so close to home I'm sure I could sort out an early finish/late start. smile

If its mid/late October, I may have the funds to trundle back to Yorkshire. Just suffering from repointing an chimney and replacing a couple of beams this month frown (Oh and a service and insurnace on the T car).

The meet would probably be 20th/27th of October as the events planner is quietening down and it gives everyone time to make plans for it
