Over in the Midlands forum, we have arranged a run out between Christmas & New Year, all welcome.

Saturday 29th December 2007.

Meet at the Amber Hotel 9:30 AM for 10:00 AM departure.

Slow run out, all speed limits to be obeyed at all times, bringing a crap car along is to be positively encouraged, if you haven't got a crap car, you will be accepted along, but will have to stay at the back hehe

We will have an easy trundle around the Peaks, being a bit numptyish.

Names & car...

Balmoral Green: Daewoo Nexia GLi automatic.
The Tea Boy: Worlds shittest Astra.
Car Chic: Porsche 944.
Hot Stu: Frogeye.
Fort Jefferson: ???
Plasticpig: Morris Oxford.
Polarbert: Clio 182, rust coloured.
Beemer-5 ???

Numptyhoon! Well, more Numptytrundle.

I suspect I won't be able to make it (due to drunk ) but at last a trundle I wouldn't feel totally outclassed in!

Will people have to bring their own flat caps and parcel shelf cushions?

A bike hit it last November, it needed a wing and a door skin, but it was enough to write it off. So they paid out more than it cost us in the 1st place, we retained the salvage, I put a new wing on it for eighty quid, have left the doorskin as it is. Now it owes us nothing, insurance claims can be great sometimes hehe

Would love to join you, could bring either an 8 year old Seat Arosa 1.0, or a Rover 620 which is worth less than the jeans I'm wearing (or even the mug I'm drinking from).

However it clashes with the Xmas stages at Croft, and I don't think I could bear to be in either car for such a long trip.

Hope you all have fun - look forward to seeing the pics! smile
