Hi just bought an A8 W12 it needs its 4th service in 500 miles can anyone recommend any local specialists?

Also can anyone tell me their experience at one of the following dealers when they took their car in:
Leeds Audi
Bradford Audi
Huddersfield
Harrogate
Wakefield

Can anyone tell me anything to look out for on these cars? Are there any common engine/vehicle faults that occur?

Has anyone used these guys:

Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield are all bad dealerships run by sytner in my experience. I've used huddersfield and they bent over backwards to help me and did the work right first time

Slightly further, but having dealt with Audi York for a few years and a number of cars,5 at last count, they are top top drawer cannot reccomend them highly enough. Have heard nothing but bad news about Leeds and also on a couple of occassions Harrogate, although that said I bought my last one from Harrogate and the sales side was pretty good

It's not on your list, but worth noting that my experience of Gilders in Sheffield is terrible.

I have used IVC for the last 6yrs for my S2, then S3 and now S4.(Can you see the pattern...?)
Never had a problem with them and they always seem reasonbly priced. They also sent out a flat bed to my home one time when a coil went in the S2. Heartily recommend them.

Daniel

PS Did you buy the w12 from Red Line? Did look a very nice motor...

No I bought it from a private individual.

I think I will use Briggate garage as they are Bosch registered and seem to know what they are talking about and are about half the cost of the main dealer!

Any one used these guys before?

S6 with the V10 petrol on its way next then Dan?

4 exhaust pipes.....

less mpg than the Cerbera ever did.....

oh, and on topic, I used Leeds Audi when I owned my TT, and in my opinion they were terrible. All the worst traits of a faux-executive main dealer giving shoddy service and asking ~£100/hr.

Took my A3 Tdi to Stratstone last time.

Just opened on the Ring Road towards the A64 York Road junction.

Offering a discount for new customers.

No complaints - used IVC before but it's a pain to get to.
