I've invited all of those of you I know on FaceBook but just a heads up for anyone I've missed.

Its my 30th coming up and so I am having a night around York, I've booked one of the pubs in town for Saturday 24th May, if you fancy coming drop me a line through my profile and I'll let you know which pub. Probably on to a club afterwards till kicking out time.

All welcome beer

Edited as I am a spaz and couldn't remember which town we are going out in

Hope you didn't have any money on it ... definitely said York.

Mark ... like I said ... which hotel are people staying in so I can get a room booked ... unless there are loads of really really fit girls going in which case I can no doubt persuade my best mate to put up with a load of car bollx and then I can stay at his place in York biggrin

I imagine thats a pretty nice place to work. I bought £100ish of Zymol from there. Then instead of just sending me the reciept through the post they sent me another £100 of stuff. They know how to please the customers wink.

I did let them know and took it back and they kindly gave me a Zymol clay bar which i went to buy anyway for free for bringing it back which was very nice of them. They also seem to have a nice range of new and old porsches. You don't get many cars in dark cream nowadays.

Unfortunately I (sort of) did. Bought tickets for the Kaiser Chiefs concert in Leeds on the 24th when they were released months ago so won't be able to go frown

Right, hotels, what was the Viking, for those old enough to remember it being so, is now the Park Inn. £52 for a double. Secure parking for £10. Bosh, job done.

The availability grid shows the prices and daily availability from Sat 24 May 08 to Tue 3 Jun 08 for each room
Only it isn't £52, single occupancy is £94, if you double up it's £52 per person, so the room is actually £94 or £104. Liars basically, I hate that sort of disingenuous pricing structure. It's not the money, i'd rather just not give it to a hotel that was being duplicitous towards me initially smile

God i'm grumpy biggrin
