Just went to the Shell garage in Northallerton to feed the Sag ready for Chatsworth. Huge queues and the only petrol left was V-Power (lucky me). The attendant said that they had been deluged with punters panic buying.

There was a fairly big queue at the Sainbury's station at the White Rose last night too.

Fortunately I'd filled my car on tuesday evening so was only going for air but still had to queue to get in

there was a big queue when i filled up today as i had let the tank run down to almost vapors after a good 3-4hr blast round the country lanes last night

Tesco in York had run out of 99 RON this evening. Good job i was getting derv.

Didn't know they did 99 !

...but then I couldn't be bothered to queue even on a normal day.

Must try some though.
