Yes, and it was a great day out. Loads of cars, plenty of TVR's for me. Free ticket included entry to the House and gardens so we did that aswell. Met some great peeps too.

Where were the car parts stands? GRRRRRRRRRR!
Still got me an eyeful of TVRs, Lotuses, Triumphs and so on. Talk about carbon footprints?!

One of the best lines seen on a car at Le Mans ... "I wish my dick was as big as my car's carbon footprint"

Made me smile and there were a few others along a similar vein smile

I went too. Loads to see. Koenigsegg was nice. Forget money and massive choice, and it wasn't the best car there by far, but I would have driven home in the lovely black Ferrari 400i. Manual box and right hooker too. Stunning and mucho underrated.

Saw those boys from East York's just yesterday. No mention of me getting the Griff in with a free pass. Shame on them. You owe us a tenner!!

I was there with the West Yorkshire TVRCC
and will post some pics a bit later if anyone interested

Only problem for me was trying to leave to go see my Dad on Father's Day
Started to leave at about 3pm and got out of the grounds at 4.45pm

The traffic managment (or total lack of it) spoilt an otherwise great day out
It felt more like trying to leave Silverstone a few years ago after the F1

Best bit of the day was on the way there early morning
having a popping and cracking competition on over run against a lovely Tuscan
To be honest I,m not quite sure who won

Cheers

Richard

I left just as the second motocross display was finishing, and it took us not 10 minutes to get out. The problem is those dumb traffic lights at the junction in front of the main gate.
