Fast approaching.

I've a rough idea of what I'm doing. Travelling down Saturday morning in time for the first race if I can drag the boss out of bed in time but what's everyone else who's attending got planned?

Convoy per chance? Meet at the circuit? Camp sit e first or pitch up in the evening after the racing?

Ideas welcomed from fellow attendees.

I'll be heading down to pick Woolleson up on Thursday afternoon and onto Leicester to stop at a mates for pre silverstone drinks and grub. Crashing there, then leaving Leicester to get down to the Fox & Hounds (Whittlebury High Street) for about 1pm and wait for the rest of the bunch (about 13 on Friday) so I can hand out tickets and camping passes....btw, Dave, give me a call as you get down there (or before) as I have your pass!

We're setting up camp (should all be in the same plot now) first, then drinks, then circuit, then drinks, then food & drink, then campsite and drinks, entertainment and drinks, food and drinks and drinks and drinkswink

No - we were in Guangzhou in April for the Canton Fair. Our usual port of call is Shanghai and the Hangzhou region.

How do you know Guangzhou Dave?

I will sir

As I said, getting to the Fox & Hounds, hopefully around 1pm to hand out tickets etc, setting up camp, heading to the circuit then back to camp!

Would it not be easier for you to collect ticket old pal?wink

You're probably best off nipping by the house and picking the tickets and passes up pal...

Damn all this talk of the Classic!!

For those of us unfortunate enough not to be going it's being covered on Motors TV pretty much all weekend. Think it begins 9am Saturday until about 9pm with a couple of breaks during the day.

Time to empty the Sky box me thinks.

If you can get yourself a ticket pal, come down and bunk with us

Get yourself to Glossop, throw in a bit of fuel and I'll pick you up

I've got plans with the missus this weekend I'm afraid. Working on my brownie points since the TT, LM24 and LMC trips. Pretty sure she's forgotten about the stag do to Berlin and the Manx GP coming up though, got to get some in the bank!!

I wont be going direct to Silverstone Jon as I need to go through Glossop to pick Woolleson up. I'll be going M62, M60 then through to the M1 and down
