As greensleeves says - we should have quite a little convoy going down from Yorkshire for 2009 so feel free to join us - not sure of camping point yet. We will be leaving the disco at home this year it seems .....

A few of us are planning a massive hoon round europe just before LM. Would also like so go since i last went in 2006. Shall have a meeting with the guys to see if it would make sense to move the trip back a couple of weks and go there on the way back.

I would very much like to go to Le Mans again, went in 07 and had a ball, not sure my mates are quite so convinced. So I'd be interesting in joining a bit of a group...?

Yep. May be doing a scenic route though via Spain and the Pyrenees ... depending on what happens with Mega Hoon.

Well I will be in France at his point, in Gers. As staying at my parents. May well drive up to Le Mans if you are going up there in one hop.

Booked the tunnel already, heading down Wednesday after work, overnight in Calais at the 'Golf' hotel and return on Monday afternoon. ACO application made but will probably source tickets elsewhere as they're not the most reliable.

I'll be there too, although plans a still fluid at the moment. Might possibly be going with a mate who is building an Ultima, otherwise I'll be on my own.

If alone I'd love to join a convoy - if I've not been black-balled by Team No Bull for turning up late and then getting seperated after only 90 minutes. Ooops

How have you booked the tunnel already? Have you just taken a stab at the date or do you know something I don't?

Would be in a group I´m afraid and spending 3 or 4 days travelling up from the Pyrenees, inc. a stop at one of the guys relatives place. Like I said, all dependent on the route for MegaHoon as to whether I can get away with two week long road trips!

Dates were confirmed on Oct 21st on the lemans.org website. The ACO announced the 2009 calendar.......
