Snow, snow tyres and fitting in yorkshire
Discussion
Hi all
Spending my first year living on the side of a hill instead of leeds suburbs... it's nice but I had forgotten the practicalities of getting up/down some of the local steep roads that are ungritted. Plus I'm spending a lot of time on the road to client sites with some interesting conditions.
I'm after 2 pieces of advice:
A recommendation for a good winter/hybrid tyre - something that is ok on light snow, heavy rain, etc (but doesnt have to be a full blown deep snow/alpine tyre)
A Yorkshire (leeds/bradford area) fitter that can supply (at a fair price) to do a nice quality job for four snow tyres for an Audi.
Cheers

+1 for Alba tyres on the Otley Road just before Headingly.
Will match most other prices and good service
Thanks - will try them for price; they have certainly been around for a few years - Alba being the one on the right heading out of Headingley if you are heading toward the uni? Will match most other prices and good service
