west yorkshire police do pursuit training by us on the bypass , get the odd person tailgating them and getting into trouble , quite amusing... smile

Well I saw all of those parked up at York Gliding Centre when I popped in the morning.

So I guess they were playing, rather than catching anyone.

At least half a dozen parked up at minskip (boroughbridge exit of A1) at about 2:30 pm yesterday - all standing around - looked like someone was giving them a lecture, so I'd guess training.

There had been a serious incident in the centre so my reliable other half told me.

It is regular - but if you go over the flyover away from boroughbridge there is a layby off to the left of the roundabout at the entrace to minskip. The seem to use it as a parking area. I'm told that the training runs use it as a stop.

I presume the training comes from newby whisk?
