Anyone got any recommendations - or in the same boat as me and a mate and want to get involved in one?

I think RS tuning in leeds have one, seems highly regarded with the Ranaultsport boys. Awesome GTI in Manchester have a good reputation in the VW scene too, depending on where abouts in Yorkshire you are

Alywn Kershaws is no longer. Alwyn died and the business passed to new hands and they don't do rolling roads (as of 1 month ago when I rang them).

There's a group of us on alfaowner.com organising a session - probably at Redline Racing in Halifax - some time towards the end of March.

Swillington Garage havent had their dyno set back up yet as far as I know.

RS tuning is your best bet. Dyno Dynamic rollers and consistant results. Paul the owner is a mate of mine(I'm not on commision though biggrin)

Interesting thread, I posted a similar question around Christmas time with a view to putting mine on a dyno early this year. Typically, first bit of decent weather and clutch has started to slip...doh! I should get it sorted this week so if anyone's planning on turning up mob handed to a rolling road give me a shout, cheers.

AET Turbos in Normanton have a hub dyno which are supposed to be very accurate.

A million times more accurate than rolling roads. However I can't state how good AET are, as haven't been there.

I can, they are excellent wink, really good service. I know the Subaru Impreza West Yorkshire Owners Club also think very very highly of them. They also do Ecutek remaps for any Impreza/Evo owners out there.

£50+vat for a power run IIRC which seems a very reasonable price, and for that you get plenty of print outs, power, torque,AFR,boost etc.

I used www.exhaustdiscounts.co.uk in Leeds. They have a 4 month old Maha system. 4WD, moving bedplate setup in a purpose built booth. Dyno realtime mapping or just normal power runs.

The website is pretty poor, Chris said it was something they put up quickly and hope to get a better one soon, but don`t let that put you off, the actual setup is first class IMO. Highly recommended.
