Some of you who went to the oppen day at Malton last Sunday may have seen myself and my TVR Cerbera which had broken down there,(clutch slave cylinder had completly packed in).
I know whot some people say about TVRs but I have had my car for 3 1/2 years and it always got be home, but not today.
I arranged collection with the AA and I phoned Steve at SSCC to check it would be ok to leave my car there, he was very helpfull and concerned that he wonted the car inside so aggread to meet me at his workshop to take the car inside. Remember this was Easter Sunday & bank holiday Monday weekend.
Tuesday PM steve phoned to say the car was ready for collection. The work included taking the gearbox out to get at the slave cylinder.

A big thanks to Steve for getting my car back on the road so quickly and for all his help.

You certainly didn't have the best of days John. At least most people had gone when the recovery came.
Good to hear Steve sorted it out, fantastic customer service smile

I walked past SSCC today, all those years and I never actually knew it was there.

Probably due to always driving past and not taking much notice, well more notice of what`s coming the other way on that tight bit smile
