Without cross county bias, Burnley is definitely in Lancashire but not far from the Yorks/Lancs border. If you find yourself in Burnley, don't worry too much. You could be back in Yorkshire within about 20/30 minutes.

There's a bit of difference between Burley in Wharfedale and Burnley.

Has anyone thought that the OP might just have been a slight pisstake? Anyone who has sufficient intelligence to switch on a computer and post on a forum would either know that Burnley is not in Yorkshire or have the nounce to discover for himself that it isn't rather than posting an urgent request for info.
