Anyone on here a insurance windscreen replacement type?

I'm after an insurance approved (i'm with prudential) windscreen type, who could replace my cracked windscreen on my bmw 3 series. The only catch being theres rust around the frame, so i want to get it knocked out, left for a week or so whilst i clean/treat/remove the rust then the new one popping in.
I know its a long shot, but i figured i might get some luck on here.
Alternativley, whats the cost of getting a screen fitted to a e36 bmw 3 series coupe? Hopefully not loads more than my £75 excess? And i'll remove the thing myself.
I'm in east leeds, and unfortunatley the car is sorned and un mot'd (due to injuruy - still insured)so it would be nice to get it done at home, but i might be able to get it trailered if there are no alternatives.
