Dewsbury Road, Leeds - hidden grey speed camera - legal?

I've just gone down Dewsbury Road in Leeds towards the Ring Road (A453). They've put in new speed cameras and the last one (behind a lamp post and hidden by a bush) is grey, with no yellow markings.

I'm guessing that this one isn't legal?

Or is it there to trap the unwary?

They were all grey when they first put them up, took about a week for the reflective bits to be added, that last grey one is a bit annoying though, presume it's not on but it's right where you want to start accelerating to get past the ridiculous "head need to rotate like an owl" junction.

the scamera just after the bridge on the opposite carriageway nearly caught me out a few weeks back

wonder how many seconds it took the powers that be to decide on that location
