Can anyone help? or put me in touch with someone? the guy who we usually use (who's a long term friend)did it very cheap and was very good. He has had some unfortunate medial problems and is therefore out of action, so could use to find someone else.

• Commercial/Industrial/Private?
• Condition/Stuctural/EPC?

How many? Just a single building or an entire portfolio?

My house was recently surveyed by the people that are buying it. They used a guy called Richard Hampshire of LHL Group in York. He did a very thorough job (was here 6 hours) and I was mightily impressed with him. My buyers in turn used him because he had surveyed their place (a country estate) on behalf of their buyers and had impressed them! No idea what fees were charged but he was incredibly thorough.

Hi sorry, it's a private single house we're buying.. The house is only 10 years old i'm half temted to go down the home buyer survey route as the full structural seems a bit overkill!
