Anybody see all the police around Halton this morning??

The police were raiding houses and had the entrances / exits to Halton Moor & the Rookwood estates closed off this morning.

I've just never seen an operation on this scale before, must have been something serious. There were many cars, several armoured Land Rover Defenders which wouldn't have looked out of place in Norther Ireland and 3 Ambulances around the area which I presume were on standby! As I drove past the police were actually in the process of breaking into a house just off york road with guns at about 09:15!

Impressive operation, presume it was drug related?

My Mrs was on the one of the standby ambulances. Was there for 2 hours without any explanation . . .
