Driving roads request

I live just off junction 34 m62 and I'm going to Leicester on Sunday to visit some family weather looks good so going to get the Integra dc2 out of the garage, been loads of times and usual go M1 or A1, A614 ect not all that interesting a drive, anyone know any goods roads on the way I can take not bothered if it means a bit of a detour.

Go via Goole, Caistor, Woodhall Spa, down through rural Lincolnshire. Set off early, stop for a greasy spoon & big mug of coffee on the way.

where abouts of jct 34 do you live ????as i live there
