any suggestions where best place to spectate from is ?
By best I mean less than 10 mins walk from car park, ideally near a van that cooks everything in lard and undersatnds the meaning of well cooked bacon and spam

Anywhere within 10 minute's walk of the "car park" is usually an Official Spectator Point and therefore crap biggrin

Get there early, take a flask & Sarnies then walk into stage and find a decent spot.

Brilliant day - we did gaelrig and then down to the showground - got to say the older classics put on the best show.
Met some terrific people - namely the VK and Pirelli girls

Did they get it out OK after the Internationals? We had to stop them as the main boys were coming through again.
