Restaurants near Pennistone - Barnsley - south yorks

Hi,

Can anyone pleeeease recommend me a great restaurant near Pennistone? im looking for places similar to the Whit Heart www.thewhiteheart.co.uk ( dont think the restaurant is open friday afts) only problem is its on a friday afternoon, so not sure if this limits my options?

Any help appreciated! dont mind travelling a bit to get somewhere decent.

The fountain at Ingbirchworth been taken over a month ago,great food at a good price.I had a massive T bone steak cooked spot on,think it was only £10.95.4 people eating with a couple of rounds of drinks for £50.

Beetson House in Cawthorne...first rate
