suspicious car hanging round near our house

need a bit of advice there has been a car hanging around near our house recently which drives off if i walk outside either with the dog or past them.

4 guys in a black bmw - could be nothing and i don't want to waste anyones' time worth reporting?

they've definitely seen me and know where i live. north leeds area we've had a lot of burglaries recently.

I doubt you're the only one they're watching? Even if it was just your house they were watching, another neighbour could have still reported them. Either way, if you are concerned you should report it.

Use the non emergency number, Ive used it a few times and they have always been very helpful !

Every time i call that they decide its an emergency and put me through to their control room!

Perhaps my idea of emergency is more serious than theirs!

But yes, report it, NOW, and make a note of times, occupants, description etc, and keep reporting it!
