We'll be there with one of the Caterhams though sadly Lynda's banned me from racing it. We're advertising on the track and taking a stand which in nice smile

Seriously thinking about getting an academy can and running it next year. Don't suppose spending the whole day there tomorrow is going to make that itch go away!

Please do say hi if you see us there. What a glorious day.

Cheers

Scott.

Haha, ever the businessman, that was subtle... not!

I fancied this one as I somehow managed not to get to any events las year at Harewood.

However I've spent all weekend tearing my Mazda to bits as something in the engine shat itself on the way home from Malton last week frown

Bugger! Couldn't make it. Mind you went to Cadwell & stayed Friday night, Saturday & Sunday. Some nice TVR's racing both days. Specially liked the historic Formula 1's & saloons today tho'.

OK I fess up - rumbled, and Snot's right - higely unsubtle!! Have you ever tried to catch, still frame, some bike engined monster doing 100mph past 14 and a half feet of banner. I'll spare you the 150 shots of half a wheel or a wing smile The Aston at least gave me a fighting chance.

Great location and day out. I went down to the bottom of the hill for the first time - really good just past the esses.

A great start to the season..

Does anybody know if the marshall that had the tumble down at the startline right at the end of the day was ok? The medics rushed down and the racing came to a halt. I went back to my car and another ambulance came rushing into the grounds.

Hope whoever it was is ok.

Just a quick update on the marshal, he has severe internal bruising to his chest area, spent 5 hours strapped to a spinal board with cervical collar and headblocks, but is now home and aching. He sends his thanks to all the personnel, medical or otherwise that came to his aid.

5 hours! yikes that's really quite dangerous. Our protocol is to minimise time spent on a spine board as much as practically possible due to pressure sore issues - they can be quite detrimental to your health.
