Let down on car for wedding

A friend was going to lend me his e-type to get myself and my best man to my wedding in Halifax on Sunday but unfortunately the car won't be ready in time now (brake and fuelling issues). I'm a bit gutted as it is a gorgeous car but before I resign myself to the fact I will have to drive myself in the M3 (lovely car but not 'special' as I drive it everyday) does anyone have anything interesting and preferably old that they would be willing to lend to a careful and respectful PH member in exchange for some beer tokens?
Sure mate you can have mine for the weekend...
only problem is its a M3 too... lolz
(try driving a my golf through the week and then getting into the M3 at the weekend like I do, it feels a little more special then!!)
Seriously though, hope you get something sorted. You could always hire something but that is never cheap??
Or, if you very carefull, dress up smart, look responsible, go to the local Jag dealership and enquire about a 1 or 2 day test drive with the car of you choice;)
