Anyone know any houses for Sale/Rent East Yorks?

As per the title really, we're looking for a house to either rent or buy, due to budget if it's a buy it will have to be cheap and therefore part falling down/renovation property.
If to rent then we are flexible!
What we are after is somewhere ideally within a circa 10 mile radius of Driffield (slightly flexible here) what I'm a bit less flexible on is it needs to have some kind of storage for my classic cars, when I say some kind of storage obviously a garage would be ideal but if the property is on say a farm and I could have use of a bit of barn that would be absolutely fine.
We're having real issues finding rental properties that are suitable, well within budget anyway! I'd even consider a house share under the right circumstances.
So if anyone has any friends with a house they need to sell/let put us in touch!
