Anyone stuck for owt to do on 21 and 22 August could do worse than have a trip to Cadwell Park. The UK's version of the Nurburgring.

The headline act will obviously be the MR2s with three Wakefield drivers (Ponty, Wakey and Barnsley I think on the entry list) trying to embarass themseves to the max on their local circuit, or slightly off it if recent history is to be repeated. (OK one of them will be me)

The rest of the weekend looks quite interesting as well with sports, saloons and the VAG trophy.

Sunday Time Table Here

Watch out for cars 5, 75 and 76 in the Mister two race.

I was thinking about AMOC at Oulton on the 21st. Maybe I could blast over to Cadwell the next day as well. Thanks for posting - given me something to consider.

Al, there's a few of us from NYLOC heading over for the Elise Trophy. Fancy hooking up?

Thinking of driving over friday evening, camping and stopping for saturday. Anyone know if there are any camping charges or when you can get in on Friday ?

It depends what's happening on Friday, if you get there and there's just a track day on you can go in without charge and usually just camp in the paddock for free, but if you get to the gate and there's someone manning it they usually charge £5 to camp.

Thanks for that, so hopefully I can sneak in on Friday evening for free, set up camp, have a bbq and a few beers ( Le Mans stylee), I'll obviously go and find someone in the morning to pay the entrance fee for Saturday hehe
