I was in Batley yesterday but can't understand why anyone would admit to living there, Simon!!!!! LOL

Nearly as bad as admitting living in Bradfordistan (as most of my family do - but obviously not me!!)
I live "on the outskirts of Leeds" near Harrogate and Ilkley!!!! Really

Nowt wrong with Batley Rich. Lots of famous people are from Batley.....we had a visit from Elvis last weekend!

Was it the "Idle Elvis"? - he gets about a bit and is pretty good

For those that don't know the next village to me in Bradford is Idle
and yes itis with the famous or infamous "Idle Working Men's Club"

I'm close, the edge of Morley, I've just been through Batley but didn't see anything exciting, just a Cooper Works being driven like it was stolen.
