I bought my (new to me) car from here about a month ago. Ford puma 1.7.

Just want to say how much of a refreshing change it was to all the other used car dealers I phoned/visited that lied/blagged/wern't interested or were rude/had no idea about what they were selling.

The sales guy, Rafiel (I thinks thats hows it's spelt) also maybe the owner along with his dad (not sure on this one) was very very helpful. No pressure on the sale, let me have two test drives and at no point did I feel rushed/presured into deciding. Infact quite the opposite, pointng out (as I'd told him I was stretching the budget) that I should be careful and buy exactly whats right and shop around!
. Answered all questions honestly, and went above and beyond to prepare the car for me. (MOT, new camblet, fanbelt, water pump, shampoo cleaned the interior and washed and polished the exterior). Also provided me with a 3 month RAC warrenty.

A couple of weeks later, got a puncture that couldn't be repaired (just my luck) so I took it to the local tyre guys for a new shoe. When the old one came off, it showed that the inside was very badly warn, whilst the outside looked brand new. Must be the wheel alignment. I thought I wonder if the damage was done before I got it, and the alignment was sorted prior to my purchase. So I popped into ES motors on my way to work (I did have a look through the history, but couldn't see anything) I fully expected him to say yes, or no and if no I would be getting it sorted myself. However, he said (roughly) "I doubt it will have been done because the previous owner kept all the recepits and if it's not there it's probabaly not been done"

ME: "Don't suppose its covered under the warrenty" (bit cheeky as I assumed that it wouldn't be)

Rafiel: "Don't worry about it, i'll sort it for you, drop it in next week"

Brilliant! Although, i'm not 100% its going to be a freebie, but thats how I understood it at the time.

Anyway, i've gone off on a bit of a ramble here.... Point is I was *very* impressed with this little VW specialist and its nice to see honest, helpful [second hand] dealers are still out there. I would recommend this place if your looking for a SH VW

Edited to fix some poor english
