Anyone good with diffs - preload settings etc.

Need to swap the diff on my Mk2 Escort - I have a replacement but it has the smaller diff flange so it'll need swapping with the one on the car; to do this the crush washer needs to be replaced and the preload set - is there anyone in the York or East Yorks area who could do this? Any help would be, erm, helpful.

If you can get it to Dave Pullen at Carmaster in Harrogate he's done a few diff swaps for me.
