Property Management Agency Leeds

Anyone got any recommendations for a property management agency based on personal experience?

Looking for full management at around 8% plus VAT fee.

Ideally would like a firm that doesn't bullst, overcharge or behave incompetently.

I've found Linley & Simpson not bad at all, albeit thier Horsforth branch.

I discounted a number of properties by Linley and Simpson based on the fees they wanted to charge me (as a renter). Stoneacres seem indifferent to anything you ask them for (took 4 months to get them to do something about a dodgy lock).

I would be put off even looking at properties on their books again.
