Naff all Freeview Reception, North Sheffield

Had sod all Freeview reception last night and put it down to bad weather, but its still crap tonight. Restarted PVR but can get no BBC channels at all. All I can really get is ITV and e4+1

Can't find a number or email address to call anyone? Anyone else got same??

Are you tuned into the Crosspool transmitter?

Parts of Sheffield you can get transmissions from Emley moor too - perhaps try a retune to see if it picks up that? I'm tuned into Emley Moor here and its working fine.

I thought it was Emley Moor as we are in Oughtibridge and dont think we have line of sight of crosspool. I'm sure that what the tv guy said when he installed aerial

dtv diagnostics say there is nothing on mux 49,50 and 52 whatever that means, tho there is something on 40,43 and 46 but the bars are very low

hmm transmitter just says 'yorkshire'

Up until last week we had a terrible reception for months, but we had an amplifier set up in the loft that boosts the signal. I couldn't get any ITV, 4 or 5 channels, and that was with a signal booster.
