Oil top up near Winterton

My in laws ordered their heating oil last week only to be told that they won't get any until mid January - they've rung around 8 different suppliers only to be told they none of them can get any oil at all (something I'm pretty sceptical about)

They have now run out of heating oil and have had to get some electric heaters to compensate, but their house is still and they are now cold.

Is it likely that, in North Lincolnshire, they can't get oil?

More importantly - does anyone know of a supplier that might be able to help with getting oil up to them? They live near Winterton in North Lincs (West Halton, to be exact).
