Hi all,

I need a good photo location as backdrop for a feature I'm writing about a couple of cars.

It will be taken in the evening, I'm after either a good city-scape, or something ultra modern, glass, steel - you know the type. Alternatively something gritty.

Quite a scope there, modern is preferred but will take any suggestions for the above very gratefully!

Ideal locations would be around Wakefield area, but considered between wakefield and Doncaster.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks Gumble. Nostel and the damn are both lovely, but not new enough for the photos I've got in mind this time around.

Change of plan too, we'll be doing it in the day, so if anyone knows of any good modern archicture sites, please let me know.

Cheers!

How about Arlington Business Centre near White Rose in Leeds? What sort of shoot are you doing, bet you will have some nice motors there?

Do you know where the Vauxhall garage is in Wakefield? If so, way over the other side of the road, there is some modern offices etc built next to the old factories which you can get a car up the side of, makes for some nice photos, even without a car!
