Does anyone know who can machine this badge for me from aluminium, I can supply the 3D model for making the program. I have someone who can add the colour just need a friendly machine shop who can do it, Ideal for an apprentice to do

What format do you have the data in? I might be able to do it at home (yes, at home!) alternatively I know a few metal bashers in Leeds through work who might be able to have a go for you?

PS if you are able to do it as built up flat profiles, (base, then text, then rim) rather than a 3D milled piece it will be a lot cheaper... depends on the size and intricacy though, I presume its quite small?

I can supply it in SAT, DXF, AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, MICROSTATION or any other 3D software. It is qite small 112x33mm. I can send you the file if you wish.
I thought it would be easy to CNC mill it out od one lump. Also if somone can 3D plot it I can cast it myself.
